Terms & Conditions

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, placing an order or listing products, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any policy referred to in them.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• "Platform" means the Go Shop website and related services.
• "Customer" means a person who browses or buys through the Platform.
• "Seller" means an independent business or individual that lists and sells products on the Platform, including Go Shop itself when it appears as a seller.
• "Listing" means an offer of a product by a specific Seller at a specific price and stock level.
• "Order" means a request by a Customer to buy one or more products from one or more Sellers.

Go Shop provides a marketplace that connects Customers with Sellers. Unless a product is shown as "Sold by Go Shop", the contract of sale for a product is made directly between the Customer and the Seller named on the Listing.

Each Listing shows the Seller. When several Sellers offer the same product, you choose the Seller whose Listing you add to your cart, and the price, stock and conditions of that Listing apply.

Go Shop may help with payments, delivery coordination, customer support and dispute resolution, but does not manufacture the products and is not the producer unless stated otherwise.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• You sign in with a phone number verified by a one-time code. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your phone and access codes secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• One person may hold one account. We may refuse or close accounts that provide false information or break these Terms.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their Listings, including descriptions, images, specifications, prices, stock and country of origin. We work to keep information correct but cannot guarantee that every Listing is complete or error-free.

All prices are shown in Armenian dram (AMD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

If a product is listed at an obvious pricing or stock error, the Seller or Go Shop may cancel the affected Order and refund any amount paid.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. An Order is a request to buy. It becomes binding when it is confirmed to you by the Seller or by Go Shop on the Seller's behalf.

An Order that contains products from several Sellers may be confirmed, prepared and delivered separately, and may therefore arrive at different times.

We may decline or cancel an Order, for example where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, information is missing, or fraud or abuse is suspected. If you have paid, you will be refunded.

The payment methods available are shown at checkout. At the moment payment is made in cash on delivery; online card payment will be added and these Terms will apply to it as well.

Where you pay online, payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. Go Shop does not store your full card details.

• Delivery methods, fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed dates.
• You must provide a complete and correct delivery address and a phone number on which you can be reached. Delays or extra costs caused by wrong or incomplete details may be charged to you.
• Ownership and risk pass to you when the products are delivered to you or the person you named to receive them.
• Please check the package when you receive it. Report visible damage or missing items to the courier and to us as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after delivery.
• If you cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, the Order may be cancelled and returned to the Seller.

You may cancel an Order free of charge until it has been handed to the courier. Contact us as early as possible with your order number.

After shipment, the return rules below apply instead.

• In line with applicable consumer-protection law of the Republic of Armenia, you may return a product of proper quality within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, undamaged, complete and in its original packaging.
• Some products cannot be returned unless faulty, including perishable food and drinks, products whose sealed packaging has been opened, and personal hygiene and cosmetic items once opened, for health-protection reasons.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason. We will tell you how and where to send the product back.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method, or in cash for orders paid on delivery, within 14 days of us or the Seller receiving the returned product. The cost of returning products of proper quality is borne by the Customer unless agreed otherwise.
• Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as provided by law. Contact us promptly with photos and your order number.

Manufacturer and Seller warranties are provided by the party stated on the Listing or on the product documentation. Go Shop will help you enforce your rights against the Seller.

• Sellers must be lawfully registered to trade, and provide accurate business information to us.
• Sellers must offer only genuine, lawful, safe products that they are entitled to sell, and describe them truthfully, including condition, origin, expiry dates and required labelling.
• Sellers must keep price and stock up to date, confirm and dispatch orders promptly, and honour returns, refunds and warranties owed to Customers.
• Sellers must not contact Customers to move a sale off the Platform, or use Customer data for any purpose other than fulfilling the Order.
• A "Verified Seller" badge means we have checked the Seller's registration details. It is not a guarantee of any particular product.
• We may remove Listings, hold payouts, or suspend Sellers who break these Terms, receive repeated justified complaints, or put Customers at risk.

• Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe or expired products, weapons, drugs, and any product whose sale is restricted by law.
• Fraud, false or misleading Listings, price manipulation, fake orders or fake reviews.
• Attempts to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Platform, or to bypass its security.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or our staff.

Customers may post reviews and ratings. Reviews must be honest, based on real experience, and must not contain unlawful, offensive or personal information. Reviews are checked before they are published, and we may edit or remove content that breaks these rules.

By posting content you grant Go Shop a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform. You remain responsible for what you post.

Promotions, discount codes and cart rewards (such as free shipping or gifts once a cart reaches a set amount) are subject to the conditions shown with them, may be limited in time or quantity, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We may withdraw a promotion or code that is misused, or that was published by mistake, and cancel benefits obtained through abuse.

The Platform, its design, logos and software belong to Go Shop or its licensors and are protected by law. Product images and descriptions belong to their owners or Sellers, who confirm they have the right to use them.

You may not copy, distribute or reuse Platform content for commercial purposes without written permission.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We share with a Seller only the information needed to fulfil your Order, such as your name, phone number and delivery address.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Go Shop is not liable for the acts or omissions of Sellers, for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or a Customer's mandatory consumer rights.

We may suspend or close an account or restrict access if these Terms are breached, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Orders already placed remain subject to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when they were placed. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint quickly and fairly.

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be heard by the competent courts of Yerevan, without affecting any consumer right to bring a claim in the courts of their place of residence or to turn to a consumer-protection authority.
